About Ransom County Fair
The Ransom County Fair is August 20-24, 2025, and is held in Lisbon, ND.
There are about 190 4-H members in the county that register multiple static exhibits, pet, cat and dog judging, plus poultry, rabbits,
goats, sheep, dairy, beef, swine and horse and showmanship. They also have static exhibits from the public. The carnival runs from
Wednesday through Sunday. Thursday night there is a free pork sandwich and sweet corn feed. They feature a rodeo both Friday and
Saturday night. Kids day is Saturday with a money hunt, bike give away and peddle tractor contest. There's always a variety of good
food on the fairgrounds.
