The 2024 Heartland Association of Fairs, Festivals and Events Convention will be held November 21-23, 2024, at The Clarion in Minot, ND.

Steps to a successful convention registration.
1. Complete Attendee Registration Form
2. Call the Clarion and Book Your Room - Information Below
3. Renew Membership for your Fair, Festival or Event for 2025
4. Sponsor the Convention
5. Apply for a Scholarship - Deadline October 1
6. Nominate A Fair Person of the Year, Hall of Fame Member or Associate of the Year - Deadline September 15

Please CALL to reserve your rooms today! (in lieu of direct hotel website)
In order to maintain the room block for those that are registred for convention, if possible, please reserve rooms once you have confirmed attendees.

Room block guarantee will be released as of October 15th, 2024.
Best times to call are between 7am and 3pm Monday - Friday, Asking for Sid or Holly.  
**HOSPITALITY ROOMS, please contact Tera at secretary@heartlandassociationffe.com to reserve.  They are limited and first come first serve.

If all rooms become booked a notification will be sent for an alternative hotel, at which point be sure to contact Tera, secretary@heartlandassociationffe.com to be placed on a wait list for the host hotel.

Any fair, festival, event, associate or individual may become a member of the Heartland Association of Fairs, Festivals and Events! Members will be listed in the membership directory that will be handed out at our annual convention, as well as displayed on our website, allowing for additional exposure to help reach individual goals. Members will also receive a wealth of information that will help in generating new ideas to enhance future events. We invite you to apply for HAFFE membership, as well as view information on our current members.
